China and India: Hand in Hand. [:-SS][:-SS][:-SS] I have something to comment on this. During the 60's when the communist were pursuing friendly relations with India, my family was host to Zhou En-lai, the late PM of China, my Grand-dad was a chinese nationalist (Not KMT), and every Indian were happy at the improving bilateral relations and saying "Cheena bhai bhai", it was the catchphrase. And then, suddenly, over border issue, China attack India in 1962, Nehru was taken by suprise, it was such an embarassment for the communist-supporting-chinese in India, espc my grandpa. If you know, there were two camps among the chinese, one supporting KMT and the other the communist. All those supporting the communist were jailed. Now, I see, China and India going hand in hand again, hope nothing such happens again. eh. (ofcoz it wont)

Nehru was a rather proud and dictatorial type. It's easy to see how he could've gotten us (i.e. India [;)]) into conflict. Seeing the global situation now, it's really incomprehensible how far Taiwan's stature has fallen since the '60's. Most countries didn't recognize Communist China until the early 70's! And now it's totally reversed - only 29 minor countries recognize Taiwan... [:(]
