anyone believed in ghosts?
Sometimes there is a feeling that there is something moving along wid u but suddenly when u turn around there is nothing but just urself and the silence behind u...there are spirits all over the place.....no kidding...U can just feel them but cannot see them..in fact u might be reading this right now all by urself but the truth is there are more than u reading this or maybe u are reading thru something u cannot see..or maybe somebody is sitting along wid u WATCHING..
A place in Taiwan which is proven to be haunted and is true:
Taipei - Xinhai tunnel - Xinhai tunnel connects the central Taipei to the outer rim of Taipei called Mujha. This tunnel is built on top of a hill that serves as a huge cemetery. Over the years, many weird things have been happening. Drivers who drive through this tunnel experience a "gue dong chiang". Gue dong chiang is a Chinese word that refers to the phenomena in which you are trapped in a place and can not get out of it. For example, if you are lost in a forest and keep on coming back to the same place. In the case of the tunnel, drivers who drive through the tunnel seem trapped inside this tunnel. They can see the end of the tunnel, but for some reason, no matter how fast they drive, they can never reach it. Over the years, other strange sightings have occurred. The most common sighting is an old woman who is dusting and cleaning the road right in the middle of the tunnel. No matter how many times the drivers honk for the old woman to stop cleaning and get out of the way, the woman will just keep on dusting the road. When the car is only a few feet from the old woman, the old woman will suddenly disappear in the thin air |

| Another well known haunted place if u missed out: U don't believe go and check it out if by chance u get to go there....
Kurseong - Dow-Hill - The forests have an uncanny feeling. Its damp, cold and sometimes dark. People up here tend to be depressed and countless murders have taken place. On the stretch between Dow-Hill road and the Forest Office, wood cutters returning in the evenings have sited a young boy walking head-less for several yards and then walk away from the road into the woods. Other than this, footsteps are heard in the corridors of the Victoria Boys School when the school is closed for long holidays from December to March. |

| well ghosts do exist! it's just we cannot see them. well some ppl do![:-SS] but as long as u don't provoke them i guess they won't bother u! [:p] when i was in pre uni, we had an indonesian student who could see ghosts! when it comes to the ghost month every year she gets a call from her uncle warning her about it. she's scared of ghosts! so in dat month she spends her time on a wheel chair. it's spooky. that month she even had to be taken to hospital for nervous breakdown. n for the rest of the month she was in her wheel chair. whenever i passed her, i feel creepy but feel so sorry for her! [:(] |

| i got something to say about this...
this happened when i was in tangra,a couple years ago during the chinese new year.my friends and i were in the temple in pei may chinese school after midnight.on our way down,one of my friends fell from the stairs, caused she said someone shoved her real hard from behind.the rest of us thought she was bullsh**ting cause she was too embarassed to say she tripped herself.well when we about to go out through the front gate,we saw a green shadow flash by in the basketball court.that really scared us.
another was when sports day was coming,and we all went to pei may to practice a bit.we went to the temple again for something.while we were there,we heard a girl screaming her lungs out as if someone was about to kill her.so we looked around to see if there was anyone about,but there wasnt anyone.we thought we were hearing things,and continued what we went there to do.after sometimes,the scream came again,louder,we got so scared,we just ran down screaming.he he he he..
there is a place in our ncku campus,which is haunted.there are guards there to prevent us from entering that place. |

I agree with steff that it is all in the brains. Somewhere your brain signals distorts and you start seeing hallucinations, you feel the chill, and you think it is a GHOST.
Did you know that scientist can make you see things by placing electrodes on your head?
Happy_girl, if i were you and since you weren't alone in PeiMoi, I would have gone to investigate, just to satisfy my curiosity and solve the age-old problem of Ghosts. [:)] I would shout out "hey come out, wuss"
Some people even mistake cat's meow for a baby-ghost. [8-|]
