It's good to see North Americans finally paying a reasonable price for petrol. Unfortunately, it's still going to be lower than the rest of the world. [:(]
North American cities are generally badly planned. That's why people have to drive so much. Vancouver's good that way... lots of buses and very tight neighbourhoods.
Americans are worse than Canadians. Atlanta must be 99% highway...

| $1 for a lit of gas and you call it expensive??? considering the ppp (purchasing power parity) you are paying peanuts for a lit of gas compare to the ppl in india...so dont crib abt it |

| da corresponding rise is abt 7$ goin full tank.....so i think if u can afford a car... its fair... we been havin cheap gas too long ....

hmm [:-?] .. b4 i left cal ... the petrol priced almost came up to 40 bucks ... but im not sure abt the price now !!

And here in India, it went up by Rs.2 per litre this week. The only difference is, our rises are permanent... [:-<]
So, in Delhi, the price is about Rs.35. In other cities, it's around Rs.38. [:(] |
