Whose the moderator of CG ?
I feel CG is more becoming a 'family room'. Known people chatting among themselves, chatting something of relevance only to those few people, while others are been left out of the chat, and then call them 'bystanders'
The situation now is CG is a hit for those few, while the new ppl come in, find it boring and dont' come back any more.
I applaud edwards welcome note to everyone on CG.
I know no one is the moderator of CG now, but I hope some of you would engage the room more better, if you know what I mean.
The probable reason I didnt' chat in CG a few years back was I didnt' know anyone, but ofcourse now I join, I know quite a few, and I feel at home, make it a home for the rest too.

I agree we need mods on CG. Even a hardened chatter, like myself, gets turned off by all the swearing.[:(!][V] [L-)] I find it hard to concentrate when every few minutes, some friggingsh*tfaceddumbassloser starts saying things like "fµ¢|<", "§£µ±" and "£@w®@", without bothering to couch them in polite terms. [xx(]
Yeah, we shouldn't be harsh on spectators. But some people seem to log on and leave their PCs or what? They don't answer to anything I type. [:-$] |

| I agree on having a moderator for CG..it is getting way out of hand. There are few who comes in and really pisses me off with all the abusive language.It is getting out of control and the level of water is rising above the head...those are a bunch of losers[L-)][L-)][L-)][L-)][L-)][L-)]. |

Well... its not that Cg chatters are ignoring the new comers and calling them by names... we do greet them and make them feel welcomed ... its just that they dont feel secure ... after all .. its just their first step in !! ..just allow a few more days to get things settled!
...and yes, finding a comfort spot in a new place like Cg is obviously a bit difficult at start. People need a little warm up to go on...[:)]
Next,active participation by the new comers in the chat room is also required[:)]. Sitting there and watching the rest of them chat wont do[:(] !!... and it's no wonder why they get themselves bored[(:|] !! << So.. come on people ..speak up !! [:)] |
