I have all episodes of band of brothers.........wow my greatest movie (minseries) ever. other favourites are savign pvt ryan, snatch, fight club, all the president's men, shawshank redemption, contact.
I shall illegaly open a ftp server in one of our dept. computers and every1 can then share files over there.
algo.csie.nctu.edu.tw is deleted coz too much load. I don't dare open my own ftp servers to the wide world web.

well i have limited the number of users and the download speed ..so be patient ..its actually contains new stuffs...cos of the limit of my hd i have to burn the old stuffs and delete them then download new stuffs from other people ...so ..anyways welcome everyone !!

This remind me of one of the incident when we guys used to upload lots n loads mp3 and stuffs to out TA Ftp and then share it among friends and the TA never realised [:-~] |

btw why do you convert all movies to Mpeg? to burn into VCD?
The quality is better with a DVD avi file...
i can't open FTP to outsider since my Uni has blocked it...
i can upload a few movies to your site...
but i don't see any upload folder...
And does your site support resumable upload?
cause my Uni limit our Upload/Download to 700Mb each per IP/day
so i can't upload the whole movie in one time....
But i can change my IP and carry on uploading... [;)]

| umm.. i think 5Gb is enough for a day... so you don;t need to change you IP [:)]
Other Uni?? i guess most of them don't have limits, if they have then also it won't be low like 700mb of ours.. it should be 5GB or above/day. And i guess most of them still have to register the ethernet card # for some security reasons..

naah ... sometimes it's not enuff ... we used to have unlimited upload/download but becos everyone keeps dw n uploading stuff usin P2P .......our connection got slow down n the uni limited to 2GB and then most of thier connection got cut for a week n so the uni increased it to 5GB ..

I know a uni whose download n upload is also limited to 700 MB

My 600 MB includes both download and upload! [:(!]But in between dorms and dorms they don't count anything. [:-<] |

| Use FTP transfer, that way they won't cut off your line due to over-downloading...Even though mine is limited to 700 MB/day, I can download 4-5 movies per day...!!..[:)>-] |

| we dont have downloading limits in my university,only uploads.sometimes in a single day,i download 4-5 movies,plus couple of songs with and without videos and the entire season of sex and the city.i always copy them to another file and delete the ones in my shared folder,so no one can upload them...[8D][:-~] |

there has been tremendous changes since i last logged in..
good work.. fellas.. and btw i just got myself wireless and after some time i'll get my own static IP and open it up for u guys to upload or dowload.
i have loads of movies... esp the series kind and other movies which might interest u.... anyways am plannin to make a list of it and see if anyone needs or waana giveme one.. i have all original dvds and if i can find the damn time to change it to avi,keep it up |
