| Yes I would say that Canada indeed has a very accessible government, not only on the "online world" but in general.
And, regarding the online facilities and services,I guess Canada is the most connected country. I've been here for a year and a half by now , when I first came I was surprised at the online services that were available here. Not only the government, but all banking and utility service institutions, many things could be done online.
