The side of the handle of the cups depends on person using it.. if the person is left handed .. the handle of the cup would be on the left side... But if the person is right handed then the handle of the cup would be on the right side..!! GOT IT!! So simple as that..[8D]

Oh my....It was just a joke all the while....and here I am trying to figure like Aristotle what the heck the answer could be....even tried mailing this question to a Harvard Astro Physicist by the name of Sherman Handle o'Cup and he replied me like this: "Dear David... This question of yours sure is darn complicated my lad...it had baffled scientist throughout the decades....it made apple juice of greats like Newton.....shocked even the likes of Franklin...caused Archimedes to run naked through the streets shouting "Eureka"....but sadly my son, these greats all died without a hint or a clue as to which side the handle of a cup should be... I'm presently teaching a class of graduating seniors in Advanced Micro-quantum-Spaced-Astronomically Dynamic Cup'O'Handle Physics where your question was raised a countless number o' times....One answer I got from one of my brightest student was...."It actually depends on the perspective of the human subject to the subject matter in front of his field of vision...subject matter here refers to anything with projections which allows for the retention of liquids...some people view objects differently..if he's right-eyed...then the handle of the cup is on the right and vice-versa.....It also depends....upto a point..but not limited to, the position of the cup in comparision to the Earth's Hemisphere...people in the Northern Hemisphere views the handle on the right while the guys down south sees it on the left...to say the handle of the cup is on the outside totally disavows what have been passed down from generations and it is blasphemy ....a sin commited against Modern Science....Every question in this Universe has an answer and the answer lies in the roots of Science...without Science, there is no life and without life, these questions won't arise.I have made my point" Hope this letter helps Sincerely Prof. Sherman Handle O'Cup University of Handles, Cups, Saucers and Tumblers Email: Sherman@whichsideisthatbloodyhandle.com
